 19:00-20:00 dryside
 20:00-21:00 water based pool session

Cost £3 for both sessions payable on the door.

Cadets & Seniors
Bronze medallion / Beach Lifeguards courses run throughout the year and regular training follows the pattern of:

 19:00-20:00 fitness training meet outside the Pool Building
 20:00-21:00 dryside in the hall upstairs
 21:00-22:00 pool session

Competition Training
 17:00-18:00 safety cover for disabled swim club
 18:00-19:00 speeds training
You must attend the 1700-1800 session to be eligable for the training session.
